We have been without the internet for a few days, so this is a bit of catch up. The weather most recently has been very nice after a week of quite cold, fall temperatures. We went collecting near the beach and had good success. Lucky for us that we were collecting on a small creek behind the beach because the ocean was kicking up some pretty good waves.
I took another walk through the nearby botanical garden and discovered a small, obviously fake waterfall. My immediate thought was, "I should put that on the blog and entitle it,
Shades of Things to Come... Tomorrow evening we will travel to the real thing--Iguaçu National Park.
wow, what a pretty butterfly. What kind of flowers do I need to plant to attract it?
